JEE Main 2026 January 24 Shift 2 was held on 24 January 2026, 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, in Session 1 (January). It had 75 questions for 300 marks: 25 each in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, with +4 for a correct answer and −1 for a wrong one. NTA published this shift's final answer key openly but showed the question paper only to candidates after login, so this page lists the official key by question ID, to check against your response sheet. Note on the final key: Q14 (Mathematics): NTA accepts any option (1–4). Q47 (Physics) was dropped: every candidate in the shift gets +4.

Score yourself with the key: +4 for each correct answer, −1 for each wrong one, 0 for skipped. For a dropped question, give yourself +4 whatever you answered.
